Working with the client on this design was to come up with something that the whole family could enjoy. One requirement was a PGA standard putting green.

The install of the golf green had a special underlay and turf and then rolled and sanded so that you can set the speed of the green to match the local golf course.

The two-tiered hardwood deck with bench seating is a space to sit and enjoy the surrounds. Large granite steppers lead the way from the house.

The large lawn area was left so there is ample room for the kids to play.

The garden beds were all edged with sandstone and lined with a viburnum hedge around the boundary fences. Ornamental pear trees planted in front of them to give a magnificent feel. Each pear tree has a garden up light beneath it, so it is well lit and looks stunning at night time.
